We provide residential and commercial cleaning and related services. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the scope or conditions differ at service time.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Access

  • You agree to provide safe access to the service location at the scheduled time.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments or lockouts may be charged a fee.

5. Payments and Billing

  • Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
  • Late or declined payments may incur fees. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for agreed services and outstanding balances.
  • Sales tax and other applicable charges may be added as required by law.

6. Mobile Terms (SMS/MMS)

With your consent, ECS may send you SMS/MMS messages for quotes, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Opt-in: You opt in by submitting your phone number on our forms, requesting text updates during scheduling, or otherwise providing express consent. Where applicable, a one-time confirmation message may be sent.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We also process STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation and no further messages unless you re-opt in.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help or contact us using the details below.
  • Identification: Messages will identify Expert Cleaning Services or “Call The Experts.”
  • Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. User Conduct
