- Dust open surfaces (window sills, tables, counters)
- Dust objects as needed
- Spot-clean walls, entry glass, windows, and cabinet fronts as needed
- Sanitize, wash, and dry kitchen, break areas, and bathrooms
- Vacuum carpet and mats
- Crevice vacuum carpet and hard floors as needed

DELUXE = “Detail Cleaning”
- Empty trash, recycling, and clean cans as needed
- Remove cobwebs
- Wash and dry all surfaces (windowsills, tables, counters)
- Dust and/or wash as needed: walls, light fixtures, ceiling fans, entry glass, windows, blinds, cabinet fronts, and objects
- Sanitize, wash, dry, and detail clean kitchen, break areas, and bathrooms to maintain “like new” quality
- Vacuum all fabric surfaces (sofas, chairs, curtains)
- Move and clean under furniture and cushions
- Vacuum carpet and mats
- Crevice vacuum carpet and hard floors as needed
- Vacuum and mop hard floors
- Spot clean any stubborn floor stains as needed

Post-Construction Cleaning
Can range from $0.5 per square foot to $2 per square foot depending on condition and height of ceilings.
- Standard: Dust surfaces, trim, baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, shades, spot wipe cabinet fronts and trim as needed, “scrub-clean” kitchen and baths, quick clean inside cabinets and appliances as needed, vacuum and mop.
- Deluxe: Thoroughly clean each area from ceiling to floor making area look like new or as close to new as possible. Detail clean kitchen, bathrooms, light fixtures, inside cabinets and appliances, windows (+ inner sills, screens, frames), deep clean all floors usually multiple times, recheck and reclean all as needed!

Floors receive light vacuuming or mopping focused on visible debris and traffic areas, but deep floor scrubbing or detailing is not included in this service.

Restrooms and breakrooms receive basic wipe-down and sanitation of key touchpoints, but full deep cleaning and detailing are reserved for higher-tier services.
