About the Role

You control your schedule and run a simple, professional sales motion. Our ads, automations, and reception team place warm commercial walkthroughs onto your calendar. You show up on time, look sharp, tour the building with the decision maker, use our pricing calculator, present a templated agreement, and secure e‑sign on the spot. Operations handles service delivery after the handoff.

Pay & Benefits

• Upfront Commission: 4% of the annualized contract value at signing.
• Recurring Commission: 2% monthly while the account is active and paying.
• Override (Recruiting): 1% monthly on contracts closed by your direct recruits
• Commissions are paid on collected revenue. Cancellations and chargebacks are netted.
• Warm lead flow, quoting calculator, agreement templates, and e‑sign are provided.
• Independent contractor flexibility. You set availability and manage your calendar.
• Paid onboarding on tools and process.

Schedule

• Choose your hours. Open calendar blocks when you want walkthroughs.
• Travel or time off is simple. Close your calendar and no bookings can land.
• Typical walkthroughs are 45–60 minutes with a 15 minute buffer.

Responsibilities

• Accept or reschedule walkthroughs that land on your calendar.
• Conduct on‑site tours and understand scope, traffic, and priorities.
• Measure key areas when needed and capture simple notes and photos.
• Use our calculator to price clearly and transparently.
• Present the agreement and secure e‑signature on site.
• Coordinate start date and hand off to operations in the CRM.
• Follow up with the client after the first week of service.
• Optional: recruit additional estimators and mentor basic process.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and clear, confident communication.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone.
• Comfort using a CRM, calendar, and e‑signature tools.
• Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the U.S.
• W‑9 and direct deposit setup required. Background screen may be requested.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• B2B field sales or estimator experience.
• Familiarity with janitorial or facilities services.
• Experience working with multi‑site organizations.
• Track record of punctuality, reliability, and closing.
